Looks like another 430 will appear at the 12 Hours of Sebring. TEAM Seattle (ran Daytona 24) and AF Corse are working together for the race in March. This past year in FIA-GT, the #50 AF Corse was driven by Toni Villander and Gianmaria Bruni - Jamie Melo and Mika Salo joined them for the Spa 24. AF Corse was number one in the FIA-GT GT2 Championship this year. Also, not to rule out the JMB Ferrari guys who were at Petit and Laguna Seca. The GT2 class promises to be awesome.

For anyone who many not know about TEAM Seattle - as I recall they ran a Porsche at Daytona. They collected funds in excess of three million dollars for a Childrens Hospital Cardiac Care Unit. Here's a link http://www.teamseattle.com/

This year's 12 Hours of Sebring is going to be one of the best races of 2009!!!

OMG Team Seattle was awesome with their "Racing for Kids" Porsche effort. I think they raised 2.7 mil over their 11 years - for one Children's Hospital!!! I suggested to the former marketing guy for Tafel that he should pitch a similar campaign to the Ronald McDonald House and they had some interest, but it never really got off the ground and he moved elsewhere. I still like the tie-in with racing for charities...and think we all should look towards it to brighten the sports image to the non motorsport crowd.

Great to hear that Team Seattle might be fielding a Cavallino - and GT2 has always been where the action is!
