Another Happy 458 - FABSPEED Headers + Sport Cats

Shortly after the F458's U.S.debut - FABSPEED Motorsport was one of the first manufactures in the world to develop and produce an exhaust solution for the Ferrari 458.

Since then, we have done an abundance of in-house installations of various configurations and shipped countless 458 systems to customers all over the globe!

Hands down my favorite configuration on a 458 is our sport headers and sport cats in conjunction with the OEM rear muffler section. This setup is essentially just a little bit more aggressive then OEM with the valves closed, and then an absolute animal with the valves open! Literally the definition of having your cake and eating it too!

Unfortunately I do not have a clip with just the headers. Without the sport cats, the car will be a bit quieter then the car in the clip. For best results, I recommend going with the headers in conjunction with the sport cats - but there is still something to be gained if you install the headers alone.

High Flow cats filter emissions to the extent that the o2 sensor is satisfied, this should insure that the check engine light does not illuminate.

These are UNIVERSAL spacers, they work on many different vehicles - that being said, they may not fit all vehicles. If you are talking about an o2 sensor spacer for a 458, you need to order our 2 piece o2 sensor spacer, shown below:

If you received a 1 piece o2 sensor spacer when you needed a 2 piece o2 sensor, I apologize. A simple call to our facility and we would have sent you a set of 2 piece o2 sensors so that you could complete your installation without delay.

One thing to note is that upgrading a car isnt always a perfect science. We use the best catalytic converter cores on the market - HJS. Some cars are more just "finky" then others, and they did not always react well to an aftermarket catalytic converter. This occurrence is not often - actually very rare - but when it does arise, we do our best to work through the problem with the customer. No Richard, I am fairly certain on what products we do and don't carry and how these products work.

Let me break it down for you:

The photo you shared is our universal o2 sensor spacer, this spacer works on MAJORITY of vehicles.

For some vehicles, such as the 458 and 430 - where space constraints exist, we use a 2 piece spacer - pictured above in my post. We ask our customers what vehicle the spacers are going on when they make a purchase. If their vehicle is one which requires a 2 piece spacer, we send them a 2 piece spacer opposed to the universal 1 piece spacer.

Did you get the cats through us? I am sorry to hear about your CEL, but glad you came to a new solution - straight piped F-Cars sound amazing, but its not for the faint of heart!
