Another new FNA CEO- does it surprise you the turnover is less than a model cycle?

    Supposedly the average lifespan of a Fortune 500 CEO is 4.9 years. For Ferrari North America, I think only Buitoni and perhaps Mattiacci had somewhat longer runs, but in the past 30 years or so of history, outside of those two, each FNA CEO lasted probably less than 5 years. The new guy at FNA is Matteo Torre, who like his predecessor came from Ferrari Asia Pacific. The most recent FNA CEO, Edwin Fenech who lasted just 3 years, is at a real estate company now in Portugal, long time FNA employee and marketing guru Andrea Soriani is now at Tag Heuer.

    Curious what you guys think is the reason there is turnover so often at the CEO level at Ferrari North America.
