Same car that was flipped through Mecum. Fords legal issues are with the original owner and not this guy who purchased at the Mecum a few months back.

It might be almost as quick on the track but at the end of the day it's a Ford with a V6 Turbo. I love the new FGT but I just dont see it on the same level as the other 2.

Because its a Ford with a 3.5 liter EcoBoost V6 turbo engine. Not a hypercar drivetrain. $2M should lack nothing.

    For $2M I'd buy an F12tdf and a 599GTO.

Ah, the “it’s a Ford” nonsense. Tell me how many of your hypercars have won Le Mans, or, for that matter, have even competed.

No its a Ford road car with an embarrassing engine and a non-starter for a supercar IMO. Conversely, an NA V12 Ferrari is one of the best engines made by man.

You mean the Ford race car with the Daytona Prototype/GTE Pro/GTLM race winning engine. Educate me. Tell me when Ferrari last used that wonderful V12 in competition. In fact, tell me when Ferrari last had a full factory supported sports car race program. Face it, Ferrari has become a cynical life style brand. It’s not even very good at that, with McLaren eating its lunch. Now that’s embarassing. Enzo would be mortified.

given what I know of Enzo and his contempt for his customers, I think he's be pleased as punch to see where the company is right now

You made an excellent point. If treating customers like crap is part of the mission statement, then mission accomplished.

Again no. We are talking about a road car with a puny engine not worthy of the price. You continue to mix road cars and race cars. A 3.5L six cylinder is poor choice for an LE car. Lesson over.

By the way that's a race car (upper right) in the finishing stages right next to the road cars also in the finished stages. Truly built side by side.

The car is beautiful and i love it dont get me wring but it just doesnt feel as special as the other 3. The interior is frankly ugly, the sound is very average and yes, an ecotec v6 just doesnt have the same appeal as a V12. I would take a Fgt over a 488 for example but not over $2m worth of Ferraris.

The race car argument is moot. 488s are winning a ton of races. Even audi R8, AMG GTs are winning..does that make them desirable to me as a road car? Not really. Id take a 720 or a FGT over a 488. But for $2m, id buy an F40 and a Carrera GT..or a 918. Maybe a high mileage Enzo.
