    Does anybody know any history or rumors about the car being offered by switchcars.com. Here is the weblink: http://www.switchcars.com/inventory.asp?VIN=ZFFXA20A2K0080003 Unfortunately the last major was done in 99 despite the dealer saying the previous owner was meticulous about the care of this car and having a binderful of records. The dealer did say an offsite PPI would be OK. Before I go spend another $750 on a thorough PPI, I was wondering if any locals had any extra time to give this car a once over. Also, any suggestions on a good independent or dealer ($$$) to do a PPI?

    If you want a 328, Ferrari of Washington (DC, but actually located in Virginia) has a Red/Tan 328 in their show room that says it is "Ferrari Classiche" eligable (whatever than means) I don't know the asking price but you can call them at 703-478-3606 or 1-800-976-0197

    PS they also have a Mondial

    I suspect that the car is there on consignment.
    Since Ferrari of Washington is selling the car you probably want someone else to do the PPI.
