    This past weekend completed the NASA Texas Club Racing in the Super Touring 2 class for 2009. This class is basically for 355 Challenge, 360 Challenge, Z06, Viper, 911, Cobras, and others that meet the weight/hp requirements.

    There were 6 weekends that made up the Texas series...

    January 31- Feburary 1 / MSR Houston
    March 14-15 / MSR Ft. Worth
    April 18-19 / TWS College Station
    June 13-14 / Hallett, Oklahoma
    August 1-2 / TWS College Station
    October 3-4 / Eagles Canyon Ft. Worth

    Final Series Points...

    1st Ron Farmer 1755 - 14 Wins
    2nd Rob Lay 1550 - 8 Wins
    3rd Sean Farrah 870 - 1 Win
    4th Colin Cohen 720
    5th Jessica Hill 450
    6th Tim Konkol 385

    that would be great! ST2 should be even larger next year. 1st race went well, but I seemed to struggle more than others on slicks in the rain. someone on wets could have lapped the field.

    I went out during the comp school deal a couple of times, on street tires....seems like Mickey Thompson's would have been a better choice...maybe some swampers...turn 11 was ridiculous...let's see....take a ferry across the braking zone, then put on your ice skates (all terrain mud skates, of course)...and great, see you on the greasy track out of 12!!
