Another turn signal question....

So my turn signals in my '82 are intermittent. The left side lamps usually work fine but the right side lamps are for the most part dead as a door nail. One thing to note is that my hazards aren't working, so is this usually a switch problem or a relay problem? If it's a relay, is it just the standard Bosch silver ice cube?

This has been an ongoing problem but now that we're in Miami for a couple of weeks, I'd like to make sure all indicators are working, as the traffic here is ridiculous.
