    I recently changed out my front amber turn signal lenses on my 87' 328 and when I was removing the final looooonnngggg screw the sleeve came out of the light with the screw and is permanently held in place. So I thought...no big deal I will just call Daniel @ Ricambi and get a new set...WRONG!

    I am told that these things are hard to find...has anyone located a source or ever needed one? If I am not clear on what I am talking about let me know and I will take some pictures tonight and post them in the morning.

    Thanks in advance guys...

    I don't want to alarm you, but I've spent one and a half years looking for a complete driving light assembly ....
    If I understand correctly you only need the upper ambar part for the signal light, right?
    Try ebay, they sometimes pop up, but be prepared to pay deerly ...

    Or maybe ask for a membership refund. An hour and 11 minutes with nobody replying/being able to help you is unacceptable!

    Oh, OK, then.

    To meet your standards you've not met yourself [whining on a Monday morning does not count], herewith is my reply to the OP;

    Sorry, first I was going to suggest Ricambi, but, saw you already had, then, I looked in vain for a little over an hour [honest], then, because *she's finally over her period [unobtanium], I had sex with missus wax*, then, I took a nap, then, I checked back to see if anyone had found the unobtanium part yet, but, apparently not. Good Luck!

    *Is that enough information?

    You have broken the plastic tube receiver of the screw??

    Get it off the fastener and JB Weld it back to the housing.......these guys are telling you right the housing assemblies have been unavailable for recent years and if you found one they are $1,000 per side with the lenses included.....

    Alternately glue the lens and the screw back in with a bead of clear silicone and wait for a rock to make a very expensive insurance claim.....:D

    Thanks for spending that much time on it Wax, I know missus wax appriciates your efforts as well...actually I havent found it yet but I think I need to post a picture (tonight) so I can better explain my predicament. I am not actually looking for hte lenses, just the screws that hold the amber lenses in.

    Thanks for the help guys, I know that most everyone here is helpful on a daily basis and I just wanted to say thanks...I will get the pic posted tonight.
