    Is the WUR supposed to get 12V as soon as the engine is started or after a heat sensor says the engine is warming?

    Always +12V -- whenever the engine is cranking or running.

    Thanks. I thought so. Also, I just found an issue that is likely causing a cold start rough run problem. The female plug that goes onto the WUR is missing one of the pinch contacts on one side of one leg. So it is probably making intermittent contact. Where would I get a replacement plug?

    Don't know what the PN is for just the female terminals, but Bosch 1287013003 is the 2-pin (connector, boot, and two female terminals) kit.
