Answer to:355/series of mini, muffled backfires, gargling.

Thanks for the responses to my question. The nice folks at Ferrari of Atlanta hooked my 355 up to the computer..The sequence up to primary ignition was fine..secondary narrowed it down to plugs. Although we could not tell which plug it was (intermittent misfiring plug), we swapped out for new ones and it's purring like a kitten again (sigh) ...... Had a nice ride home to say the least, and I beat the rain !!! Thanks again.
