    I have an older Hirschmann Hit Auta 8600 SW and the antenna got bent. Hirschmann no longer makes a replacement mast and I have searched all over the internet to no avail (including asking the guy sold one on ebay a few months back). I realize this isn't original as far as the car is concerned but would really like to keep using it. Would it make sense that so long as I can match the sleeve dimensions and the length of the antenna, I should be able to find a replacement?

    A thought, Hirschmann is/was OEM for BMW, Porsche and Mercedes, very good chance that there is a cross-over between one of them. Another option as a last resort would be URo parts, not always the best fit but they make a large number of re-pop old German parts.
