Anti back flow valve

Could anyone recommend an anti rollover back flow valve that will fit my Testarossa? This part is NLA (124193). I found a thread from a few years ago that had a link to a compatible replacement but it’s long dead. I went to Oreillys but I was unable to locate one that would work.

 

I attempted to purchase but they came back and said they are unable to locate the item. Looks like I am going to have to locate one that will work from another vehicle type. Could anyone point me in the right direction? It seems like I remember seeing a thread stating that valves from a 70s model jeep will work, but I am unable to locate that thread.
