Is it recommended to put some anti seize on the threads of the O2 sensors & thermo sensor on the cat-con. Or will it effect the O2 sensor and give it a false reading from the additional hydrocarbons?

    Yes, it's OK if:

    1. you use an "oxygen sensor safe" anti-seize, and

    2. you don't over do it.

I've bought 3 or 4 O2 sensors over the last few years, and they all came with some anti-seize pre-applied on the mounting threads.

It's a good idea to put some anti seize on your plug threads too. Go very light on this.
