We've owned our 2014 Cali for about 9 years and it's been dealer maintained and warrantied since new. Really a GREAT car with only 16,000 miles. We are considering trading for a Roma. We're not certain if we should target a specific year since there seems to be very little difference..... more focused on getting the right options. Thoughts from those that have been there??? What should we look for and what should we avoid.

Dude, got my '22 Roma in February. Grigio Titanio, 5500 miles. I love it. It's great. Don't hesitate. Like my Jag F-type R before it, I truly think this was one of the best things (at least that money can buy) that I could have done for myself. I drive it 2-3 days a week and I truly look forward to those days. Mine turned out to be spec'd perfectly but I didn't really know it at the time; I just took what was available at my dealer in the color I liked. I was initially bummed it didn't have some of the ADAS stuff I thought I needed from prior cars (mostly side view mirror warning lights as I was concerned about the visibility) but it turns out I am happier for not having it. It does have Surround cameras (about a $6K option) but I don't use that at all. It has magnaride suspension that I am told is key, but I don't know what it would feel like without. Mine is unbadged, which I dig, as it keeps the car more on the DL and doesn't scream Ferrari to everyone at a stoplight. The interior has some leather upgrades that are super nice. It has the upgraded sound system (also about a $5K option) but honestly I think it stinks compared to most other cars. I don't get it. What does the regular audio system sound like?! Other than that, just get a color you like and you will be pleased with your purchase. Be prepared that the electronics, especially the center iPad thing and GPS are truly useless, but you are not getting the car for that. The steering, suspension, transmission (ahh the shifting!), brakes, and of course, the engine are truly a dream. Have fun!

Yeah I know I'm a shallow person when it comes to Ferrari's but only RED will do..... We just had a driving event here in Fort Worth sponsored by Ferrari HQ and co-sponsored by our local Ferrari dealer. They had about 10 cars to drive including 2 Roma convertibles. Way more better ride than our Cali and I really like all the safety stuff, Overall the electronics were a big improvement. I'm inclined to look for a low mileage Coup[e (under 5000) that is Ferrari Certified. While there are a lot of 'em on autotrader.com, most are quite basic when it comes to options. The search goes on....
