Awesome video. Those old GTA's are what Alfa should have tried to emulate with the newer models. My 147GTA,although a decent car, doesn't hold a candle to it. Image Unavailable, Please Login
I had one for a while, great engine, gearbox and brakes, everything else average. Didn't like it much. Image Unavailable, Please Login
A HSV Coupe GTS 300, didn't think I was using enough petrol. Don't really like it either. Image Unavailable, Please Login

No, I said they're not bad, all relative as is daily driver, actually liked the RX8 more, BTW bought another just like the other one. Trev and Pip are staying tonight so will probably be there just in time to start judging at 11.00am. Image Unavailable, Please Login
That's still a hot car.Definately bang for buck.I know what you mean about fuel though. It's a killer.Mine is pretty bad too sucking up approx. 16L/100K's.
We never used to see less than 20 in our SS crewman, changed the diff ratio to a set of 3.73 and what a world of difference, combine this with and LS1 edit/tune and its a different car. If the car is an M6 id suggest a set of 4.11 have a look on the LS1 forums plenty of info there
When we first joined the Ferrari Club ('82ish), we were at a dinner and my Mum was sitting next to a bloke who was telling her all about his 308 GTS, she was wondering why he was there when all he could talk about was his Monaro!
Yep,got as much fun out of a 105 GTV 2000 coupe for the price should have kept my last one,it was = to any car Ive ever owned or drivern apart from share grunt.
I have some Alfa 90 front brake pads (70% left) with sensor wire to give away before I throw them in the bin.
Have either of you GTS owners got tunes? Horse is yours a LS1 or C4B motor? A tune can give you more power and better fuel economy.
LS1, have heard that it can help economy, my problem is I'm allways in slow traffic. Also, it may be sold. (fingers crossed)
I heard of someone taking his car home from a tune here and returning 9.7 ltr/100kmh (all freeway driving at 100kmh). I imagine it wouldnt be as benificial in slow start/stop traffic as you say. So what new vehicle will grace your garage in its place?
