My friend owns BMW of Orange County (Harriman, NY). I have purchased cars from there and find them to be excellent. I found their price to be the best.
Its not all about price, Quality of service is what is going to be needed long after price is forgotten. Seems a bit of a drive for someone from lower NJ to take to save a few bucks on an almost $50k car-just an opinion.

Really? Sorry to hear you've had bad experiences. We've dealt with a few of the Prestige stores and with multiple cars (BMW, MB, Lexus, Range Rover) and always received great service over the years. Even the Range Rover service experience was good even though the car ('98 RR SE) was crap!
