    I have been a fan for over 20 years and just purchased my first one. Chronomat Evolution 13356 Rose and Stainless. Why have I waited so long?

    Bought an Emergency Mission for my son recently. Unique concept to Breitling.

    The Navitimer is one of my favorite designs but I would destroy it and besides these old eyes cant read the damn thing.

    Just bought a Bentley and am looking for a Breitling to go with it....any ideas about styles, prices, etc

    It used to be that the emergency could only be purchased by a pilot. You had to show proof of this. Do they still do this?

    Just picked up a Breitling for Bentley in Naples, the 6.75 model in SS with blue face, will post a picture once I get back in town.

    Last month,I had a dealer offer me what I paid for my Mission Emergency in trade for a PP. He said they are highly sought after especially with all boxes and paperwork- which I have.

    Dausault stopped making the transmitter.
    Supposedly they are working on one of a different frequency but at a much higher price.
    There were a bunch of titanium Missions on ebay recently supposedly ex US Govt issue coming back from the sand box. Most were rough with no box or papers etc.

    I like the Mission better. Plus it can be hot polished to remove any eventual scratches.

    Thanks...That initial post was 8 years ago, I am on my 3rd Flying Spur and my 4th Breitling for Bentley....Just bought the green Chronomat a couple posts up!
