Any Commerical Realtors Here?

    I have been mostly on the buying end of investment porperties for the last 7 years, I figured it was time to start making it a profession.

    My experience has been mostly with smaller local brokerages on both residential and commercial, but an opportunity has come up at a large international commerical specialty brokerage that I might be able to move into.

    I would be interested in hearing anyone's thoughts or experiences. Do you think it's a good move? or would I be better served sticking with a smaller local brokerage?

    It's what I am working at to make a career now. So I am also very interested.

    I am a commercial broker. I work for a big national (global) firm. Fun job at times.

    The training will be better at the bigger firms. Maybe after you've acquired that, you can move to a smaller firm.
