    for a MP3 player?

have a 99 360, and want to run a external music source to my factory stereo system.

thinking of unplugging the CD changer that I don't use and running it from there somehow.

    any tips on this?

    thanks

    Yep, call Dan at Becker.

I got the iPod/iPhone cable with the iPhone charging adapter that just plugs in below the iPhone. Without it the iPhone works fine for music, but just doesn't charge. Not an issue if you just want to run an iPod.

It plugs into a socket into the back of the stock stereo and is selected through the source button on the front of the head unit.

What is nice is that I can have the music louder and the iPhone mutes and rings when I get a call. (or you can set it to airline mode to prevent interruption)

Just had the iPod adapter from the 599 installed on my 430. Works okay if you want to keep your factory head unit. It does charge my iPod.
