Over the last month or so, I have noticed that every now and then, the engine light blinks and there is a loss of power. Sounds like the engine is fluttering under acceleration. I just got it back from the dealer as the exhaust manifolds were replaced. Anyone out there have this issue? In addition and not necessarily related, I measured the temperatures of the exhaust (right and left side) with a laser infrared thermometer and interestingly I received a reading that was over 100 degrees F hotter on the right side (held unit the same distance away for both sides). Left side reads roughly 670 degrees F and the right reads about 790 degrees F! This is a consistent reading after a normal drive . I can't imagine why this occurs? Anyone?

I haven't experienced it on my F-430. I'll be interested on the answer of the heat reading differencial.
