Any fchatters own a general contracting company?

Any fchatters in the DFW area own a general contracting company? I'm getting ready to have my smoothie/juice/espresso bar built out in north richland hills and would prefer to give the business or first shot at it for the build out to an fchatter.

Few details on the project is its a small ~1200 sq ft corner end cap unit all glass walls, will just need to be finished out after LL is done with his side of the construction. Will also need installation of a drive through window put in.
