To answer the original question, Yes, there are Ferrari guy (s) in Providence. I live in the city and own a 330 GT.
Might try Lucien's Auto Center @ 30 Veterans Memorial Pkwy in East Providence. I was by there last week scoping them out and spent some time with a mechanic named Mark who said he had Ferrari training. Do not know the quality of their work, but it appears to be a full restoration shop and they had some Italian iron (70's Alfa) in amongst muscle cars , a woody, and some Mercedes. My car is tended by IFS in Easton, Ma. about 35 mi. from town.
Not Providence, but I'm moving home to North Kingstown for the summer tomorrow and shipping the 355 up, should be there by wednesday
