Here's mine after I delivered it to Florida in trade with a Harley for a restored Ferrari 512bb that I have since sold. It was a '71 that I purchased from the original owner in 2001. It had Hall's steel GT5 flares, motor stroked to 396" with TWM throttle bodies and Haltech FI. Tons of other goodies and working AC and a like new interior. Drove the car home 2500 miles from L.A. in 2 1/2 days after purchasing. If I had the $$ or storage to keep I would never have traded it. Too many cars on the short list to try with too little $$ or space to keep.

When my father in law passed away a few years ago, I sold his Euro 74 GTS to Mr. Adler from PIM. Car was in dire need of restoration and Mr. Adler told me it was going to be his showroom car, but I believe he sold it to someone else instead. Car stopped traffic everywhere it went, even when it was riding on the back of a tow truck!

    Murph,
Your wheels look great. Are they replacements, have they been repainted?

    Thanks.
They're 16x8 front and 17x11 rear polished recreations of the original Campagnolo wheels.
It's impossible to get any speed rated tires to fit the original 15s.

This is the best Pantera I've seen, why? Because it's original! BEAUTIFUL. Most Pantera's are butchered by people thinking they can better the original design, never happen.

It is a beautiful car, but not all original from what I see--aftermarket wheels, blacked out trim, and aftermarket mirrors. Nothing wrong with that.

Well, subtle changes are ok. Wheels look stock to me except they look chromed.

And side mirrors (probably THE most changed thing over the stock configuration).

Yours does look to still have the stock spacers in too--take 'em out, lower that thing down!

oh yeah, and the side mirrors.

501HP, good Lord!! Hard to imagine a Pantera with that much power. I mean the way mine is now is enough of an eye opener, but add some 150-200 HP, whew!

Geez, Paul, you're putting me to shame. After looking at the pics in the article, my car looks like a dump truck!

Yes, the light interior helps alot of lowering the interior temperatures. I don't know that I could ever have the original black.

Paul was the former owner, I bought it from him 3 years ago.

    Al,
Your car looks great. I love the L models.

    Matt,
I saw your car a few years back and that color combination is stunning.

    thnx Murph.

My car is a little wierd: the VIN letters indicate Nov '73 but the numbers '74, its titled as a 74. Go figure.

Not at all uncommon. Ford offered many of the leftover '73s as '74 models.
