No one needs extra Omega 6 & 9. We already consume way too much of these.
Omega3 is the only Omega that has a myrad of health benefits.

Omega3 is anti inflammatory. The other two are pro and hence predominantly in our current processed food culture.
Currently our diet has a twisted ratio of Omega3 vs Omega 6 and 9.
We need either less Omega 6 & 9 or way more Omega 3.

    I would target specific needs.

    D2, B12 for example.

Animals eat plants and humans (most) eat animals and that is how some nutrients transfer. B12 comes from dirt that animals eat. Humans don't eat much dirt.

If you skip the animal part, you might need some supplements.

D2 (plants), Canada Drugs B12, magnesium, selenium, iodine, occasional iron. That is my weekly list. I don't take them all every day. Usually 1 per day and rotate daily.

Saw this got bumped. I hit a wall too a few mos ago (42) and was suspicious of low testosterone - labs came back fine, and even high side of avg T.

I hired an executive coach who’s main clientele are PGA golfers. First evaluations were sleep, diet, workplace patterns. I got a Whoop tracker for more accurate sleep and movement tracking and recorded everything I ate again.
    • I’m only sleeping about 65% of what I should be - a lot of nights at 4-5 hours and only once a month to 8
    • I’m eating a few hundred calories too much most days and my choices haven’t been the best. Too much carbs, even if I still can’t eat much in one sitting I’ve been snacking on cereals, chips and cookies
    • I hired another employee to delegate to.
    I’m still a mess… but a little less of a mess.

Why would you think you have low T?
Lack of energy/sex drive/focus? Those are the three easy indicators.

Poor sleep could indeed be the culprit here. Try to increase that is pivital here (my own trap as well!)
Combine it with soem added stress as well and you have a recipe for lack of energy.

Glad to see you are realizing things aren't as they should be and you are dealing with them.
    kudos.

Thanks for bumping this as I had missed some replies.

I think I pin pointed what is the reason of my slumped feeling - my diet.
I eat healthy and then I eat what I want. So I'll have a salad for dinner and then raid the fridge/pantry from 10pm to midnight. Result is poor sleep. Wake up tired. Feel like **** and like a moron for eating that bad => low motivation and energy. Even super irritable.

I did try some vitamins (from Roman), some testosterone boosters (which actually help a lot..again from Roman) but all of this gets destroyed by my awful eating habits.

Basically I need to vanquish this eating dysfunction and all will be great.

You basically need to eat more during the day so you won’t snack at night. Late night snacking is virtually always the result of inadequate intake during the day.
Try to eat more healthy stuff during the day. try to bump lean meats or veggies.
My daily go to late night snack is about 1lbs of low fat greek yoghurt or Skyr (10% protein with 0% fat) with some sweetners and some berries.
Try eating a full pound and see if you’re hungry still!
