What's Central to you? I'm thinking around Edison. Enzo at Ferrari of Central NJ is good for mechanics. Dean from parts is head and shoulders above folks at being able to track down whatever parts are needed. They've done work on my 308 & 355. And although he hasn't worked on my cars (a little far away from me) Will Degroot at Exoticars is a top-notch fellow as is his mechanics & body shop folks.
