Any Help, Trying to Locate Someone

I'm looking for someone named Louie/Louis Bouchard. He is orignially from Quebec, but then moved down the road from me in Ocean Springs, MS. Louie was really nice and used to give me rides in his 348 and Porsche Carrera 4 S(he had just ordered a new bentley before he disappeared too). I hung over there alot and would go horse back riding with him sometimes. He was married to a blonde who's maiden name was Wanda Willaims, she was from Mobile, AL. I know he was father to two adopted Chinese girls, and that he or his wife and ran into probelms with the law because of bank fraud(thats where the money came from I guess). He liked hockey, skiing, Formula 1, and was a contracter.

In march, I read something in the paper about his other house in a nearby town being burned down with two bodies found inside. The bodies were severly burned, so it was hard to figure out who they were. DNA tests showed that one of the bodies was his wife, Wanda, the other was a male. But they couldnt identify it completely. They dont know if foulplay was involved, and are now turning to canada for answers. Since then I havent heard a followup on the story in the papers or on the web. His house down the street survived the hurricane, but all the furniture and stuff inside was moved out in May, its bare. I've contacted the Coroners office, but they dont know anything I dont. Even if he is dead, I would like to learn more about his background, what happened to his children, and most importantly his cars(I wish I would have gotten the VIN of the 348).

So thats it. Does anybody know any good background searches that are free or cheap? I would really like to find out more.

 

Umm..maybe that didnt come out right. I didnt really mean cars are more important than the children. I only met the two girls once, so I never really got to know them. They stayed with their grandmother in Canada, and were hardly ever with their dad; so they are probably with her now. Actually, the thing I really want to know is his history, not the cars. Got it backwards.

Yes, russian_dude, bouchard is extremely popular which makes it really hard to locate him. I'm not sure if he was from Montreal, just somewhere in quebec. I wish I had a picture of him.
