    Well, let's see if Brian responds as given all three of these, I'm not sure. Here is my speculation, however:

    - O2 sensors are cheap and they degrade - I'd replace it (them)
    - The MAF pins might need to be cleaned - really not sure
    - You should see if your secondary air pump is operating (but this one is less of an issue as it's just for startup emissions)

    That list has all kinds of errors - it was taken from the attached document and someone did a terrible job replicating it....

    Here is the proper one to use.

    Oh please. I have used that doc for three years and it is just fine. You can read through the typos.

    You're welcome. That is a factory SD publication from what I've been told (possible I've been told wrong, but it's the source document for the one that was poorly replicated) :)
