I was staying at The Breakers in Palm Beach last week and just happened to walk into a Ferrari show...there was a little bit of everything, new/old...there was a lot of attention around this one. I have to say, when they started it up it made, hands down, the most beautiful sounds I've ever heard...anyway I thought I'd ask and share a couple of pics. My guess would be this is approaching an 8 figure car. Cheers!

The resurrected, reunited, and Ferrari Classiche authenticated 250 LM s/n 6045.

Interesting story behind this one, with one car becoming two cars, and then back to one car again.

Sounds interesting! Any discussed thread about it here?

    Thank you.

More information here than in my own notes on this car:

    250 LM 6045

Can't vouch for the validity of any of it, but I'm sure there are people here who know much more about this car than I. Perhaps they will take time to contribute to the discussion.

Wow, thanks for the link to the information, really interesting life it has had. It was a really cool car...I liked the way it sounded better than the way it looked, and it looks damn good.
