    Vifa ?
You're native language is english ?
Target Cars is importing cars from the UK. I have never been there but several members of this forum have.
Most cars are in terrible condition en lack the usual paperwork. At least..as far as I understood.

Just remember always this sentence, there are NO cheap Ferrari's.
When you buy one in bad shape it will cost you the same amount of money at the end.
Ferrari's should be bought at a dealer or at a respected garage which has knowledge about these cars.
I would never buy such an expensive car a some trader who is just looking to make money.

No, I am actaully from Denmark - but I am new to the forum. My first post was in english, but then I saw someone had added a message under my post saying "Edit/delete message" - then I thought I was supposed to write only in dutch, so I got my original post translated.

Exactly my point of view! But it is my dad who wants to buy the car, and he has asked me to go along and inspect the car with him. I have tried to explain him that somthing is wrong, and just as you say, "there are NO cheap Ferrari's". And to be honest, I have a really bad feeling about this car. But the hardest part will be to convince him that this is not a good buy. I appreciate your replies.

OK - dit is verwarrend. Nederlands of Engels....???

Anyway, my advice is simple: save up for another 1,2,3,4 or even 5 years. Whatever it takes to buy a good one. Because Ferraris are there to be the ultimate expression of enjoyment, NOT the ultimate nightmare. In any case, with the current financial crisis, you should just wait a little while (couple of months I would say) and you will be able to find 360 Spiders left, right and centre.

If you want the address of a reputable specialist, contact Alex Jansen (www.forzaservice.eu). He will not sell you a bad car and he will be straight with you. He can even find you the car with the specs you want.

    Good luck!

    Hi ViFa,

I own a 360 Spyder (manual box) and am thinking of buying a 430 Spyder. If you are interested in further details than please send me a PM.
