The choice of tires is concerning.

Nice to see a '78-'79 US 308 with the airbox vapor extraction system present, the charcoal canister system in place, and the throttle microswitch (at least present). Of course, no air injection present, and would doubt the cats are there (and not having the proper airbox top cover nuts annoys me ;)). For me, you can't put a value on this car unless you know if it's 16K miles or 116K miles or whatever it is - JMO (the underhood patina doesn't look 16K miles to me, and strange that they couldn't put the coil boots on properly).

I sense the belts have not been done. The shop that reports doing them recently show a charge of only $1140 to ‘change timing belts’ yet $3500 bill to rebuild carburetors. Good driver example otherwise

"The steering rack and outer tie rods were replaced in December 2016."
At less than 16k miles it needed a new rack and tie rod ends?

It is a good looking car though.

    Terrible tries, but...whatever..

Sold at $76K and it's a crappy flat cam engine, with CATS
