    Just wondering if theres any real estate (residential or commercial) investors from Texas on FC. I'm getting my license in a month (hopefully not longer) and figured why not ask people on the boards I'm on :) Once I get the Florida and California licenses then its time to make a nice website and a banner ad ;)

    Ya right now I am. In the process of moving to Texas permanently... had to come back earlier than expected (was gonna come on the 25th but came on Sat) because my dog had to go into emergency for his breathing. I'm also doing the Ontario real estate course though. So by the end of Jan I should have Ont and Texas, and hopefully end of Feb I'll have California as well.

    Once I get Florida and NY I'll be happy. For now anyways...
