What kind of repair work do you currently need done ? There are shops around DSM who will do fluid changes, etc.

What is your DIY skill level / interest ?

 

I heard there's a guy named "Hans" who lives in Adel that works on Lambos and other exotics out of his garage. I think he used to be a mechanic at Dave Ostrem Imports back in the day.

 

Ostrem and everyone that ever worked for him is a thief and a hack........that is common knowledge.....period.

No, the guy's name is "Dave", and he used to be a race-prep mechanic for a speed shop that also serviced exotics out on the west coast.

He is in the downtown area. And, he has been known to help fellow exotic owners from time to time with repair work and DIY advice ---- so long as they treat him courteously and don't try to take advantage of his generous nature or waste his time.

i know of another guy in adel that does some work on exotics but not by the name of hans or dave.... are we using fictitious names???
