    A good friend of mine is in love with these cars and I would like to take her to see one in person. I saw the one that came through with Players Run a while back, its an awesome car.

    I was wondering if anyone knew of any around, maybe at a shop or on display somewhere.

    Thanks for any info.

    Ike, there are less than 10 in the WORLD! And I seriously doubt that they are road legal in the U.S.

    Also, that Koenigsegg you saw (pearl blue) was in the Gumball Rally right? I too saw it up close for a long time when it was at the Windsor Court here in N.O.

    I also followed it on I-10 for about 30 minutes when they left the next morning. What a sight!

    it was either the gumball or players run, yeah, windsor court. I have pics somewhere. They had it up in the garage for a while replacing the transmission. I didn't know there were so few. Guess shes not going to get to see one soon, LOL.

    The one in the Gumball was from the UK, so odds that you see it again are low ... lol

    I've heard of one in Ohio, and one in Florida ... but don't have any extra info on that.

    cc in ohio....

    there were pix on some other forum by some guy who worked at an RI (Registered Importer, make the cars legal over here) and he took pix of a koenigsegg he was making legal. I believe it was black. Could be the same one as in these pix

    I live in Lafayette Louisiana. There isnt anything really special here in the city (except one of those commemorative edition AAT MAgna steyr 53 vettes, but 2 hours East in New orleans theres one Ferrari enzo. A guy in Lafayette does have 2 Lamborghinis, and I took pictures next to a ferrari 355 and I saw a modena on college campus. Everyone around here seems to like Porsches, as Ive seen several turbo 996's around town.

    Are you freckin serious? Oh man, I can't believe I missed seeing a Koenigsegg...that's in my top 3 favorite cars...!

    I would have followed for 30 mins too...I would have missed school to follow that car, although I don't think I would have been able to keep up...

    If you don't mind me asking, how long ago did Gumball come to N.O.?

    the cc in the gumball was pearl white not purple wasn't it?

    Thanks for all of the info guys.

    I dont remember it being purple, could have been a pearlish purple at an angle or something. I have pics somewhere. I don't know what drive they are on; I have been looking.
