If you are staying at or close to Taipei 101 or the Grand Hyatt there are a lot of shops in close proximity There may be one at 101, or across the street by the theatre and starbucks Good shopping
I did stay at the Grand Hyatt next to Taipei 101 building. I didn't see any shops carrying models cars. Maybe I didn't look hard enough...anyway, my trip was very short and really didn't have too much time searching for scale models. Thanks for the info and responses.
