    I order a f12 last may， my dealer never gives me any information about my car（the stage code， ）and I never recived amy email from ferrari too， but they told me car is in production line now. it that normal？

    Do you have a signed and confirmed sales order?

    Did you put a deposit ($) on the car?

    Do you have a copy of the actual factory order? (dealer can/should provide)

    Did you register at Ferrari.com? (your dealer has to get you set up with a PIN code I believe if you're a first time client)

    Generally speaking, there is not much to report until the car is (actually) in production. Status codes are rarely accurate, but the dealer can look and should be able to tell you.

    Ferrari only a couple years ago started providing email updates (3 times during production), though again they don't necessarily correlate to where the process actually is.

    All of this can and should be easily verifiable with the dealer. I don't know the FoV folks, some dealers have different practices, but "not hearing much" while waiting is typical.

    FWIW I usually find myself calling or emailing my dealer every couple weeks, or stop by, just to check in, but that's me.
