    ... anyone here get to say they are the ORIGINAL OWNER of a 3x8 that they
    still own today? I mean, as in "I bought it new from Ferrari and still own it"

    Just curious...

    I ordered mine from RAB Motors, San Rafeal, CA. in June of 1980, and took delivery in February of 1981. She still resides with me, the longest relationship I have ever had. Only 30K on the clock, and as flawless as the day I picked her up. I only wish I was in as good a shape!

    I don't know if they are on this site, but there is a family here in town that still has a 84 met blue euro spec 308 that they bought new in Germany.

    I used to see it every now and then back in the day. I heve have picture I took of it back in 85.

    A few years ago I was driving home from work and it passed me. I turned around and followed them to a gas station. The car was obviously older but it was the one. Same owners.

    I am proud to say that I am the original owner of my 85 red/tan 308. It just turned 30K miles, it is all original and perfect to this day. It will be 25 years tomorrow that I took delivery.
