Hey there everyone, I was curious if there are any PDK owners here that like to put their cars on the track. I have been working with several teams here recently getting these cars ready for the season and even for next year already, and was curious if we have any people here doing the same? If so, I have some good news for you.
I loved it on the track, particularly after learning how to blip downshifts with the throttle. Dale PS I forgot to mention, screw the paddles. Just floor it.
I don't understand...doesn't the transmission and software automatically speed-match the engine (blip) on downshifts? Are you saying you have to "do something" other than simply pull the paddle? Every DCT and F1 transmission I've driven does so, but I haven't driven the Porsche...and I'm strongly considering a PDK Cayman as a track car...
