Any publisher friends ? Tell them about a book on Tesla

Not completed yet but some of my rough chapters have appeared here(and thanks for the opinions). The one concept of Tesla I have failed to fathom do far is the "agile" way of a personnel meeting to discuss a problem on the line. Musk supposedly doesn't have a chain of command for say a 10-person meeting , so a newbie can pipe up with a suggestion whereas in the old days the newbie didn't dare to contradict the long timers. Secondly any member of the meeting can say "I got something else to do" and walk away. Yet that first idea might come up with a great suggestion; but can't understand the walk away rationale' that's damn impolite
