I am wondering if its how the IU is installed by C&C... maybe they tapped the wrong wire and there is an overload.
Awesome mate! Think the maximus trackdays will soon just become Porsche track days too! Hahaha... Wanna hitch a ride with you on the day bud. Can?
Wait till my lines are better man! Hahaha... Have no idea how to convert to you tube.... checking out how to right now...
Thanks! You car looks sooooooooo sleek, it's absolutely fantastic! Plus extra points since it's a manual.
Of cuz due, but I get to play with your stick if you want to play with mine!!!! hahahahahahah no issues lah. but I just rememdered I need to get new rubber. Cannot keep recycle the way we bang....
Hello, he drive stick shift, I drive stick shift...so I play with his car and he plays with mine lah... and we all use rubber tires right? Sareve is not as innocent as we thought him to be ! hehehe
Lovely pics man. That red one is so sexy, now you've got me all hooked and I realised that I have a buying guide for the XK sitting @ home This must be the 288GTO. I do wonder how does the Italian version of the 3X8 look like as they did make some 2.0 turbo versions due to high roadtax for big engines in Italy. I can understand your pain as they'll send u letters for check-up & there are ERP gantries everywhere these days. Oh how about those ERP carparks?, guess u're like a Malaysian car huh From what you've said, it can't be anything more than wiring issues but like Lung said maybe someone tapped on a wrong wire. I fitted HID to my old car & the entire right channels black-out for days. It kept blowing fuses and upon checking, we realised that they reversed the negative wire & one of it touched the body. Have them look @ where they tapped the supply for the IU & test it with a multimeter then check the wattage of the IU.
Queer looking Maserati & I wonder how they drive. That is a sweet looking 356 open can! That ME is really cute, saw it when I was a student & I think it makes a great display anywhere but that golfball thingy is out of my thoughts The Swiss friend that I mentioned has a good collection of these Aston V8s including at least two Zagatos & some Volantes. Me thinks they look like Mustangs but check out how deep the wheels sit on that LW model. Speaking of Volante, I saw a beautiful pearl white? DB9 Volante in Bangsar last night & a black F360 was parked in front of it. Couldn't take a pic of them as I was driving. When I left home this morning, I saw a quiet F355B cruised by.
Dude, the Cup car is wearing full slicks right? I think it's not too good for the bushes & bearings of regular cars. How does the gearbox sound & the feel? I've never sat in a car with sequential gearbox before. Hahaha, yes. Need tough balls to race bro. Esp when u throw 20cars into the starting line. I don't know about this man. That'll be my daily ride so trashing it out on track may not be a bright idea, besides there'll be many others including Japs & no insurance. That said, I should be in KL next month.
A little bird says the Rockstar did 2.28 in his (almost) bog standard GT3 on the hoosiers.... which look almost like slicks except for 2 grooves. Once my driving skills get further up (which probably means never), will consider a second set of rims left at Sepang with slicks. Reckon that this will be a great way to also spend less on tires long run as I wont have to keep replacing my daily tires. Mate, who said anything about trashing your daily driver... just bringing it up to understand better what it does at the limit.... I may bring my X5 up to the Maximus track day as well!!! Gearshifts of the sequential seriously added to the overall atmosphere and experience of the thing....absolutely savage car.... would really be worth considering getting one second hand and using it for track days.... hmmm....
