    It should be & better or buyers will start to select nos and always an issue when some cars turn up with same nos ;)

    :) haha.. i'm sure the drive will be great. drove back once alone on my testa. but after some guys at a midway petrol station asked me for a ride, i don't think it safe leh... drive was nice nonetheless

    As a matter of fact, I heard the Singapore government is considering a switch to a carbon-based road tax system in 2011 (or make that 2012).

    See, carbon trading is BIG business. There's some govt level deals that trade carbon emissions for money & huge money. These includes factories, de-forestation, natural gas & others that do green while the other gets penalty so they barter.
