Just doing my homework in case the need comes up and I for some reason can't get the car to Houston in a timely fashion. Are there any first-hand-experience recommendations for Lambo technicians or service in Louisiana? TIA!
Thx! Strange that did not come up in my results at all. Sometimes it is best to log out of your google account before searching, to avoid 'personalized results' clouding the mix. Too bad he doesn't list Lamborghini though. Any other leads? Thanks!
He may not list lamborghini on his site, but I've definitely seen them in his shop and from what I understand he's the guy around here to take any exotic to.
Awesome, thanks for that confirmation. If I could get a first-hand experience report then I could add him to my Indie Lambo tech thread on LTalk. Would be nice to fill that giant hole we have in the Southern section of our regional listings.
Well when the founder of Ltalk passed, it DID leave a large absence, not many independents in the game any more............
Jim recently sent out a Countach that he rebuilt the engine on. Last time I was there he had the engine out of a Lambo challenge car. I understand he recently purchased some computer equipment specific to the Lamborghini line. Great down to earth guy.
Hey Smoky. The Porsche Tech (Vinnie) at Brian Harris Porsche/Audi in Baton Rouge does the work on my Gallardo. For standard problems he can fix it. He just replaced my clutch and did a great job (manuals are easy, if you have Egear than take it to a dealer). Lindsey Automotive has a great reputation also. At lest there are place we can go besides the closest dealer in Houston. We are still hoping to get you on a drive with us soon. Kerry
