are there any tuned enzo's about in the world? i once spoke to a guy from a tuning company, im racking my brains to think what they were called but they said they could twin turbo an enzo, would cost one hell of a lot tho because EVERYTHING would need to be custom. Any tuned ones out there though?

If someone did then they would deserve to have it explode on them.

The one here in Calgary has a Tubi exhaust on it, the Novitec light kit (not sure about whether the exhaust was replaced with the Novitec one) and painted lower body panels.

Not for anything, but isn't an Enzo already "tuned" ??? hehe..

I am sure the factory engineers could extract some more HP out of it, and they obviously know what they are doing, if anything, they should be the ones to touch the car. I saw a previous thread, of a factory modified F40, with something like 640hp or so.

If someone is going to twin-turbo and Enzo, I think it defeats the whole purpose and soul of this car, I don't think the engine was designed for a twin turbo anyway, and everything would have to be changed .. I know there are people out there with some serious coin, and can afford to do it.. but.. seriously... if you want 1000hp.. just get a bugatti... or a twinturbo civic or something...

    just my 2 cents..

    I believe Jim's P5/6 has a modded enzo power plant, R&T claims 660 HP I think?

VERY obviously I stand corrected, ha! Jim, didnt you mention you were considering a few things for your standard (is that even possible?) Enzo over on LP?

Norwood Performance perhaps? Or maybe Koenig Specials... only these two spring to my mind if such serious work is to be done on a Ferrari (and especially - work of this type).

I think it's too valuable a car for turbocharging. It'd depreciate too much.
I think anything other than changing the exhaust (and maybe a remap)
would be doing too much. I mean, would you turbo a McLaren F1?

I also think the same thing for which you are not going to do modifications to the enzo in order that then devalue.

I put a starship enterprise engine in my old Enzo.

Too much power, so I went back to stock.

I would like to get the FXX computer and the other bs to put in mine. I want straight pipes on mine and a remap of the computer. I have already pinned the flappers, but still to quiet. I saw a company on the internet that claimed to have a remap for the enzo, but I had never heard of them and now I cannot find them. There are people out there who want more power, if everyone was satisfied with stock, this world would be a bore.

Someone need to twin turbo one just to send the purists into orbit.

Then take it to the track and rip off a 9 second 1/4 mile time to complete the picture.

    :)

there probably are sopme slightly modified Enzo's around but i dont think anyone has dramatcially done anything, execpt of course the P4/5 whcih i must say is beautiful, i love it :):)

    Novitec Enzo:
As you can see Rsportscars have no information on how much HP the Exhaust gives, so that appears to be the only HP modification on there.

    Hamann Enzo
The hamann boys have squeezed 48HP from a new exhaust:
