Confirms it's 208784. Mahmud could be right, car doesn't have a plate. Of particular note it's probably the first time an article drastically undervalues the car!

 

And what is the number of the Houston car?
Is the Houston car the Mulacek car or is the Kardashian car the Mulacek car?

It does have an R/S in the windshield: Passenger side bottom.
That's all you get in CA after purchasing/leasing till the DMV sends out new reg.

I think that part of the story is mixed up. I'd wager to guess she bought the car for him as a gift. She's by far the bread winner in that relationship.
