Anybody ever had Spetoplasty?

Had the surgery on Thursday to repair my deviated septum and just wondering if anyone else has had it done and what recovery time was like. Not much pain from the actual but a large amount of nasal congestion sort of like a very bad sinus infection due to the fact that my nose is very swollen. Crappy holiday weekend, but it will be worth it if I can breath again out of both sides of my nose after years of not being able to do so.

 

Seems to have done the trick for me as well, although the week after the surgery sucked. Who would have thought that such a minro surgery would knock me out for a full week.
