Anybody Know Solar?

I'm looking for a simple solar charging setup for my shed. I have a battery mower that I want to keep charged and I would also like to run a light or two as needed. I found this on Amazon. I can't seem to figure out if this will get the job done or if I need more parts, like a battery. I'm certainly open to other suggestions and/or direction. I'm looking to keep the setup in the $300 range. Thanks for the help.
