Going to look at it today. Wheels would not be my first choice.... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330679810941&fromMakeTrack=true#vi-content I've read the extensive "shopping for a 360" Thread, great info. PPI will be done of course. Any advice would be appreciated.
Best advice I can give you is to get a PPI. Those wheels can be swapped out with stock/modular or CS wheels easily enough. It looks OK but looks can be deceiving, does it include any records? It is a manual so that is good, best of luck with it.
That's a actually the car that I was wanting.. until I bought my Rosso car. ;-) Agreed with the PPI, they will look for things that you might have missed. E.g. the rotors, how worn, are they in spec? are there any cracks in the holes in the rotor from wear, etc. How is compression? I'd also ask who did the stereo install. When they pimp it out, what wires were cut.. what could they have broken, etc. Good luck! It looks really nice!
Are you only looking at silver 360s? I got a black one on the market...I'm in Boca Raton. 2000 360 Modena F1, 15k miles - Black on Black Daytona seats w/ red piping and red carpeting - Challenge grille - shields - Tubi exhaust - F430 wheels - Sunroof Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I (think) i recognize this cair. I have been watching that car pop up for sale over the past couple of years. I believe it has been listed by a few different dealers so I'd definitely have a good PPI before pulling the trigger. That said, the stereo components appear to be high quality and if installed correctly then that might be a nice bonus. The wheels look pretty good to me and a Ferrari center cap might be all they need to finish off the look. I have been watching the market for gated 6 speeds for a few years and this one always seemed like a nice car and one I would consider when my time finally comes to buy one. Best of luck and let us know what you find.
