At that price even if the motor is blown I can throw in a Chevy 350 and have reliable power for the next 100k miles! :D Just wondering if anyone on Fchat knows what must be a long sordid story behind this car...

I think that's OBVIOUSLY a scam of some sort. Tread carefully.

Agreed...and if it is a scam, I'd love to hear their story about how the car is in storage in Nigeria and sorry it can't be seen now :D

Should just email the seller. I'm thinking the seller is going to say the price is a typo.

PM Mike (Ricambi South) about his <$15k F355 spider, and what he spent putting it together (and considering his parts pricing). It'll reiterate the point about "there are no cheap Ferraris".

No way! That is not a scam!

I just talked to the guy and all I have to do is wire him 18k to Nigeria and he will send me back a check for 3k, so the car is only going to cost me 15k!!! The car will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post and arrive to me within a few days after doing the wire. He also said dont be surprised if he doesn't answer his emails or calls after I send the wire. He is in the Nigerian secret service so he is going undercover for a while. It all makes sense.

Cant wait wait to get another 355!!!! :)
