If anyone has ever put a stripe like the 360CS stripe on a 355? Piccys if you have one. Or can somone photoshop one? I think it might look good on my 355.
Here is a pic of a 348TS with the CS stripe. I think its a fellow fchatters 348,i cant remember, but it looks cool and it may give you a idea of what it may look like on your 355. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Do you have that in hi-res? Beautiful picture. Coolblue, sorry not very good with photoshop, but I would think the stripe would look great on a 355. Or you could always repaint it purple. Image Unavailable, Please Login
not perfect but best I could do in 10 minutes. It looks surprisingly good Image Unavailable, Please Login
Simply copying an existing type of striping looks rather cheap and shows lack of inspiration... Maybe you could come up with an original idea that will accentuate the lines of the 355? If you have a new design that fits your 355 very well, people will appreciate it more than a "me-too-styling". And you can be more proud, because nobody else has that particular design. It would be best if other Ferrari-owners want to copy your striping. Just take a good look at your 355. Follow every line and surface en think about what lines you would like to express more of which surfaces you would like to fill up. If you get any ideas, please let me know.
The rounded terminating end of the stripe doesn't compliment the 355 at all -- the 360 is much more curvaceous, so it is suitable there. I agree with Michiel: devise your own design ar alter the stripe enough to looks good on the 355. Perhaps have a sqare terminating end with slightly rounded edges?
Here is an example of how striping can conflict with the lines of the car. They've tried to force a classic colourscheme on a modern Ferrari. It just doesn't seem right... I'll try to find some good examples aswell. Image Unavailable, Please Login
