Here is a rear 400i bumper with the cutouts for foglights. It has a little damage to the foam cover but all the pieces are there. With a bit of work a good bodyman should be able to fix it good as new. The steel core of the bumper hasn't been touched and is perfect.

I'd take any reasonable offer.
