    Please - no jokes or comments about "don't do it". It's a 348 I"m talking about and understand the cost/risk equation.

    The website shows what could be a 246? So someone's tried it for at least a few seconds;

    The bike in question is approx 16 lbs, probably weights less than the rack.

    Any knowledge on the heat thresholds of carbon fibre vs the heat vented from the back of these cars would be appreciated.

    Looks like a 308/328 to me.

    Either way, if I were going to do this (and I've considered it), I'd get a 1 1/4" reciever custom made then get one of those racks designed for use w/ such.
